We are a Kiwi owned business based on the North Shore of Auckland. I am a builder by trade and moved into the property inspection market 13 years ago. During this time I have inspected hundreds of properties. We service customers across the greater Auckland area focusing on the residential market. No job is too big or too small and we are available 7 days a week.
We know that buying a house is one of the most important decisions you will make in your lifetime. A house is an expensive purchase and money can be tight once you move in. You could regret your decision to buy a house if faced with unexpected repair bills that were not in your budget. Not many existing homes will come up with a completely clean slate – there will always be some maintenance to be done. At Buysure we have inspectors with the necessary qualifications and experience who can carry out this additional building inspection using a high-tech infrared thermography camera. They will report specifically on any weather tightness risks.
